Ada N. Feliciano, CRS,GRI,SFR has been a professional Realtor for over 23 years and is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 5% of all Realtors have the experience and advanced training to hold the CRS designation and (SFR) Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource. Ada and her family have lived in the Tallahassee area since 1988. She is a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and has co-chaired on the Communications Committee in the past. Being an artist, I enjoy the beauty of Tallahassee and painting water landscapes.
Chad Feliciano, GRI earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The Florida State University in 2002. After a post-college seven month whirlwind tour through the United States and Western Europe, Chad decided to get his Real Estate license. Chad joined Team Feliciano in 2003. Chad and Ada are active participants in the Tallahassee Relay for Life walks for the American Cancer Society. Chad tends to take the late night through early morning shifts, so the other Realtors on the team can get some sleep. Chad is also a professional photographer with FotosByFeliciano.com, shooting landscapes, portraiture, and events of all kinds. In his spare time, Chad enjoys hiking, cooking, kayaking, and white-water rafting.
